I'd like to be able to mark a recurring payment as "Paid", in the event that it is related to a manual account.

Remove the prompt that asks if an expense should be marked as recurring. Instead, user prefers the option to manually mark transactions as recurring only when needed, reducing unnecessary prompts and clicks.

I would like the ability to schedule recurring transactions.
Currently, the recurring tab only analyzes existing transactions and then subsequently categorizes them. It would be helpful for manually tracked accounts to schedule transactions so the transaction itself is created.

Use recurring (say monthly) payments to automatically reduce the manually tracked bill/loan they are credited against. I can’t connect my mortgage company, so I have a manual account for my mortgage. I’d like my recurring mortgage payments to automatically decrease that account. I know this gets complicated because of interest vs. principle payments, but that could be part of the setup for a feature like this!
