I have a few real estate investments where I own <100%. I have partial equity stakes, partial mortgage debt burdens, partial ownerships of bank accounts that I want to displayed and tracked

My partner and I share a credit card and some other bills. Currently these appear as full amounts against my budget, and she then pays me back later (typically a lump sum via Venmo)

It’s a pain/tedious to breakdown the Venmo and match up her contributions against my incurred budget items. As a result, my budgets are inflated vs. my actual spending.

It would be ideal if either:

1) any transaction from a certain credit card is only partially allocated (i.e. 50/50, 60/40, etc) to my personal budget

(e.g. for a grocery purchase $100; $50 appears in my budget)

2) similarly, any transaction from a certain merchant is partially allocated (e.g. PG&E utilities deducted directly from my checking)

Her portion could either be

A) ignored (we still track our personal finances separately)

B) put in a special category (that I would just ignore/exclude from budgets)

C) somehow managed as part of a shared/family budget

For example a partner and I went in on a mortgage together 50/50 can we split it up so my networth is more accurate? Same for splitting accounts with partners or properties were tracking manually.
